system integrations, we have established a clear Order Cancellation Policy to maintain
efficiency
and fairness for both parties.
1. Cancellation Before Order Processing
- Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order without any
cancellation charges.
- After 24 hours but before processing begins, cancellation may be subject to a 5%
administrative
fee to cover processing costs.
2. Cancellation After Order Processing (Before Shipment/Installation Scheduling)
- If the order has already been processed but not yet scheduled for shipment or installation,
cancellation may be allowed with a deduction of 10% from the total order value to cover
processing and inventory restocking fees.
- Any custom-made or special-order components that are non-refundable from our suppliers will
be
deducted at actual cost.
3. Cancellation After Shipment or Installation Scheduling
🚫 NOT ALLOWED: Once the product has been shipped or an installation
date has been scheduled, the order CANNOT be canceled under any circumstances.
- Solar installations require customized engineering, logistical arrangements, and workforce
deployment, making it impossible to accept cancellations after scheduling.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders with completed shipment or installation scheduling.
- Customized solar system orders where components have been specially ordered or assembled.
- Bulk orders or corporate projects where a contractual agreement has been signed.
5. Refund Policy for Canceled Orders
- Approved refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10–14 business days to
the
original payment method.
- Any banking or transaction fees incurred due to cancellation will be deducted from the
refund
amount.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. How to Request a Cancellation

request and confirm cancellation eligibility.
7. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, unforeseen supplier issues).
- Genuine financial distress (subject to management approval).
