- ✅ Partial Refund for Processed Orders (Before Shipment/Installation): If cancellation occurs after 24 hours but before shipment or installation scheduling, a deduction of 10% will apply to cover administrative and inventory restocking costs.
- ✅ Faulty or Defective Equipment: If any solar component (panels, inverters, batteries, etc.) is found to be defective upon delivery, a replacement or refund will be provided after verification.
- ✅ Failure to Deliver: If ShurjoShokti Technologies is unable to deliver or install the system due to an internal issue, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- 🚫 Orders that have already been shipped or installed.
- 🚫 Customized solar system orders (as these involve special-order components).
- 🚫 Bulk or corporate projects with signed agreements.
- 🚫 Customer-requested modifications after installation (adjustments must be covered under the service policy).
3. Refund Process & Timeline
- 🔄 Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days from the date of approval.
- 💳 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- ⚠️ Transaction fees or bank charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- 📢 Customers will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is initiated.
