We currently do not have a CANCELLATION POLICY at erpfy.

The Reason of No Cancellation Policy

As we are providing the software service and which having trial period to test your service requirement in that reason, we are unable to allow cancel type of service.

We hope that you have all your answers about the way we don’t have a cancellation policy.

Note: As we value that you are the most important and best partner in our business, in some cases we offer cancellation policy to you under these conditions:

ERP software malfunction (if you don’t get the service as described in the ERP system account, you can ask for a cancellation).

Duplicate/Double payment (If you make a double payment for a single subscription, you can ask for a cancellation).

Every cancellation or refund policy should be applicable under the software malfunction proof details to be submitted.

Cancellation & refund will be done by 15 working days after accepting the cancellation request.

If you make a purchase from erpfy, it declares that you are consenting to erpfy’s cancellation policy.
